The team is headed up by Adam Smith, a professional advisor and broker with a background in fintech.
After studying at Loughborough University, one of the top 10 institutions in the UK, Adam gained further qualifications from LIBF, CeMAP and DipFA, building his mortgage and financial advice credentials. He also enjoys travelling, experiencing different cultures, and keeping fit.

Richard Poole – Executive Mortgage Broker
Richard has been in the Financial Services industry since the early 90s covering roles as Financial Adviser, Independent Financial Adviser, Mortgage & Protection Broker, Training & Competency Supervisor & Risk Consultant, so comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Richard has a passion for dance music and over the years has played as a DJ as one of his hobbies and also shares a love of watching football, boxing and a good movie or series. He also enjoys holidays in the sun.
